Flix SE announces major milestone: completion of Flix and Greyhound booking websites and tech integration

+++ Flix SE announced new milestone for the Flix North America market: Greyhound and Flix co-integration of booking service.

+++ Passengers can now book travel with Greyhound and FlixBus to over 2,300 destinations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico from both brands’ websites and apps.

+++ With the new milestone, Flix has managed to merge the best of both worlds by combining Flix innovative technology and global mobility knowledge with Greyhound’s expertise in serving customers in North America for more than 100 years through its extensive network.

Munich/city, 1 March 2023Flix SE, the global provider of affordable and sustainable travel, has announced a new milestone for Flix North America. From February 22, Greyhound and Flix booking services and full technology have been fully integrated, enabling a shared, extended intercity bus network for customers to easily search, book and travel throughout North America.

With this milestone, Greyhound customers will now benefit from Flix state-of-the-art global tech system as it continues with its vision to provide easy-to-use, affordable, and environmentally friendly travel options for passengers across the globe. 

Since entering the North America market in 2018 and acquiring Greyhound – the largest provider of long-distance bus transportation in the United States – in October 2021, Flix is constantly improving travel options across the United States, Mexico and Canada simultaneously changing the way people travel around the world by using collective transport.

With the new milestone, Flix has combined the best of both worlds, showing how 10-years in-house state-of-the-art development in technology can move the limits for different markets across the world. Integrating in total 2,300 destinations on the NA market, customers can start to explore new season of traveling to more than 5,500 destinations across 40 countries worldwide.
