During Flix Women’s Month, our Women at Flix Employee Resource Group (ERG) curated an enlightening talk series that provided a platform for Women in Leadership to share their insights and experiences. Among the distinguished speakers were Marianne Heiss and Monique Meche, members of the Flix Supervisory Board.

As Marianne and Monique shared insights from their personal and professional experiences, they offered invaluable perspectives on leadership, resilience, and navigating challenges in male-dominated industries. Their stories served as a source of inspiration for all attendees, highlighting the importance of mentorship, authenticity, and self-belief in achieving success.

FlixBus France achieved outstanding scores of 96/100 in the Professional Equality Index, demonstrating a strong commitment to promoting gender equality.
FlixBus Italy embarking on the gender equality UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification process, reflecting dedication to equal opportunities.
Hayley Russell, Team Lead of Operations, and Francesca Hand, Operations Manager at FlixBus UK have both been acknowledged for their notable contributions to the transportation industry and their commitment to delivering service excellence.
