Travel tech company Flix is introducing two new senior management members today: Dorit Schindler is Senior Vice President for People & Organisation and Dr. Hanna Huber is Senior Vice President for Technology. Dorit Schindler joined in March and Dr. Hanna Huber in April. Investing in its people and technology has been a core aspect of Flix's profitable growth story and continues to be so. The two new hires will enable the company to further strengthen these core areas with their extensive knowledge and skills. The new hires join in a setup reporting to Daniel Krauss, CIO and co-founder.

Dorit Schindler

Dorit Schindler, Senior Vice President People & Organisation

As Senior Vice President People & Organisation at Flix, Dorit Schindler, 48, is responsible for managing the global HR department and all facets of HR strategy. She has more than 25 years of professional experience in various senior human resources positions in start-ups, SMEs, and corporations in the technology, retail, e-commerce, and automotive industries. Most recently, she was Group Chief People Officer at SIGNA Sports United (SSU), a global online sports retail company. Before joining SSU, Dorit Schindler was Director People & Organisation at Zalando SE in Berlin.

Dr. Hanna Huber, Senior Vice President Technology

Dr. Hanna Huber, 44, is the new Senior Vice President Technology at Flix and an expert in technology strategy and the development and professionalization of tech organizations. In a career spanning more than 20 years, she was most recently Chief Information & Digital Officer of the Swiss Calida Group. Prior to that, as Group Vice President Technology Strategy, she drove the development of the Otto Group into a fully digitalized retail and services group. Before that, she held various tech management positions at Zalando - most recently she was responsible for the operationalization of Zalando's technology strategy.

Commenting on her new role at Flix, Dr. Hanna Huber says: "Over the past few weeks, I have got to know Flix as a highly dynamic and innovative company. I look forward to working with the team to drive Flix's further technological development. The mobility industry is facing exciting developments, and I am looking forward to contributing to shaping the future of travel tech."
